Claims / How it works

Evidence first. Then noise.

MGM is a public claim book for tokens launched on Minara. Anyone who lost money can file the case here — contract address, screenshots, and a signature from the wallet that actually took the loss. Nothing gets published without all three, and nothing gets deleted because a team asks nicely.

01

Sign and file

Connect MetaMask or Rabby, add the token contract, the amount and your screenshots, then sign the claim. One signature, no transaction, no gas, no account.

02

The market backs it

Other holders vouch for a claim. 100 backers pushes it into review and onto the trending board.

03

It settles in public

Verified, refunded or rejected — the outcome stays attached to the contract address forever.

What counts as proof

A claim is only as strong as the screenshot behind it. What reviewers actually look for:

  • Your buy transaction on an explorer — the tx hash field makes this checkable in seconds.
  • Wallet or portfolio screen showing the position and what it is worth now.
  • The promise that was broken: the team's post about a listing, a lock, a partnership.
  • The exit: deleted channel, renounced socials, the dev wallet selling into your bid.

Why the signature matters

Screenshots alone are copyable — anyone could post someone else's PnL and ask for their refund. So every claim is signed by the wallet that took the loss, over a message that pins down the contract, the amount and how many screenshots came with it. Change any of those after signing and the signature stops matching, which the case page re-checks on every load. The refund address is that same wallet, never a different one.

Edited or borrowed screenshots are the fastest way to get a claim marked rejected — and rejected claims stay public with your contract on them.

Claim statuses

Awaiting reviewAwaiting review. Published with proof attached. Visible to everyone, open for backing.
Under reviewUnder review. Backed by 100+ holders or flagged manually. Evidence is checked against on-chain history.
VerifiedVerified. Evidence lines up with the chain. The claim stands on the public record against that contract.
RefundedRefunded. Funds were returned to the claimant's wallet. The case closes with the amount recorded.
RejectedRejected. Proof was edited, unrelated or contradicted by the chain. The claim stays visible, marked rejected.

Where refund money comes from

MGM is funded by its own token. 100% of the creator fees generated by $MGM trading volume goes into the refund pool — the pool that pays verified claims. No cut is taken from anyone's recovery, and filing a claim costs nothing but a signature.

To be precise about what that means: trading volume is turnover between traders, not income. What the pool receives is the creator fee that the launchpad pays out on that volume — every bit of it, rather than a share. The bigger the volume, the bigger the pool.

$MGM contract: 0xD23d55C8e9466EE779Ed6C9B049D64355278c752. Verify it against this page before you trade — it is announced here and on @mgm_fund, nowhere else.

Both directions run through one public address, so anyone can audit it: 0xf3F8e7220fcD70f28dC5729C41Bcc4d1975dFee1 — creator fees arrive here, and every refund is sent from here.

  • Fees accumulate in the pool wallet, earmarked for payouts and nothing else.
  • Payouts go to the wallet that signed the claim — never to an address supplied later.
  • A paid claim flips to refunded with the amount recorded on the case.

What MGM is not

MGM never asks for a transaction, a token approval or a seed phrase — filing a claim costs one signature and nothing else. MGM does not custody your funds, does not guarantee that any individual claim gets paid, and does not take a cut of what the pool returns. How much the pool can pay depends on how much $MGM trades. It publishes claims with evidence attached so the record follows the contract address. Refunds happen when a team, a launchpad or a community decides to make people whole — a documented, backed claim is what makes that decision possible.

Reports are user-submitted. Verify independently before you act on any of them, and never send a seed phrase or private key to anyone offering to “recover” your funds.
